Candyland

Spring and pastels are a bit like bread and butter - nothing groundbreaking here, in fact it's probably one of the biggest cliches in the fashion world - but it tends to be sort of a classic. After all, the whole spring atmosphere that makes everything look like a little candyland (ahhh a real romantic at heart), somehow puts you in the mood for pastels and florals, so what's the readon to resist?
What does change every season though, is the way to wear them. While the past years were all about matching pastels with florals in quite girly combos, things are a lot different this season. Clean lines, lots of white, and a much more minimalistic approach is what this spring is all about. A much more up-to-date way, which of course remains very feminine. Άνοιξη και παστέλ είναι λίγο σαν ψωμί και βούτυρο - δεν είναι και κάτι το αναπάντεχο, για την ακρίβεια είναι μάλλον απ'τα μεγαλύτερα κλισέ στον κόσμο της μόδας - αλλά τείνει να γίνει και κάπως κλασικό. Εξάλλου, η όλη ατμόσφαιρα της άνοιξης που κάνει τα πάντα να μοιάζουν με μια μικρή ζαχαροχώρα (ααα τόσο ρομαντική ψυχή), σε βάζει κάπως στη διάθεση για παστέλ και φλοράλ, γιατί λοιπόν να αντισταθείς;
Αυτό που αλλάζει κάθε σεζόν όμως, είναι ο τρόπος να τα φορέσεις. Ενώ τα προηγούμενα χρόνια ήταν κυρίως ο συνδυασμός παστέλ με φλοράλ σε κοριτσίστικους συνδυασμούς, τα πράγματα είναι πολύ διαφορετικά φέτος. Καθαρές γραμμές, πολύ λευκό και μια πολύ πιο μίνιμαλ προσέγγιση είναι ο τρόπος για φέτος την άνοιξη. Ένας πολύ σύγχρονος τρόπος, ο οποίος φυσικά παραμένει πολύ θηλυκός.
